What I do

I handle the details of your request for you. I arrange and coordinate the dining, nightlife, travel and private services you ask for.

My fee

My fee can be a flat amount, a tip, or a percentage, in any combination. The amount is agreed with you before I start. My fee is billed on its own invoice. My fee and any tip are never taken from the money you send for your trip.

Paying me

You pay me by the method shown on your invoice. Amounts are in US dollars.

Receipts

Receipts are not required in the app. I send them by email or WhatsApp, if you ask.

Cancellations

If you cancel, each service's own cancellation terms apply to you. If nothing was charged, you owe only my fee, which is negotiable.

Card fees

If you pay by card, any card fee is passed on to you where card rules and the law allow it. It is shown as its own line, separate from my fee.

Groups

For a group, I deal with one main person. Tips can be individual or from one registered party.

I keep the head count, and names only if you choose to give them. They are deleted with your request.

Returned payments

If a bank transfer is returned, it does not count as received, and what it covered is owed again.
